On February 28th, 2013, Precious Science And Technology Group Co.,Ltd. held 2013 working conference and the 2012 annual summary commendation congress.
In 2012, in the situation of stagnant global market and weak investment and consumption, Precious Group rational allocated production capacity, paid attention to group basic management, quality inspection, product development, material management and after-sale service works etc. Our company made great efforts to open up the road of sustainable development, always persevere in the management policy of step-by-step and advancing steadily, not blind expansion because of market bursting, never give up because of market depression, wage an arduous struggle and toward to the annual target all along. In 2012, the headquarters’ total output value basically remained stably. The total output value of Zhejiang Precious Sewing Machine Co.,Ltd. year-on-year declined in 2011, but Taizhou Carton Factory’s output value of year-on-year increased slightly in 2011, and Taizhou Precious embroidery Sewing Machine Manufacture Co., Ltd. had a bigger growth year-on-year in 2011.
The deputy general manager of group Mr. Guan Liyong presided over the conference, and the chairman of group Mr Ye Jianli made an important speech in the meeting. Chairman Ye comprehensively summarized the development and the overall business circumstance of the company in 2012, and put forward the tasks, measures and requirements of 2013. He expounded the five major focuses that the pillar is sale, the motivation is new product research and development, the life is capacity and quality, the guarantee is safety in production, and the foundation is cultural construction. Meanwhile, he pointed out that we should attach importance to the issue of front-line staff’s treatment, and encourage them to change work hard into work ingeniously to further enhance the efficiency of the company’s production, management and so all. The speech of Chairman Ye with clear view and distinct thought made staffs extremely inspiring.
The congress made a statement about the promotion and achievement of the incentive measures, besides, gave recognition and rewards to the annual advanced group, advanced management, advanced worker, the departments and employees with actual effect and hard work.
