In the afternoon of January 22th, Precious Group department annual summary report of 2012 held in the No.2 meeting room. The head quarter leaders, ministers, vice ministers of the relevant department on each branch company, and deputy directors of the workshop participated in the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Secretary Huang. In 2012, each management work of Group jumped on new step and the total value of out-put of company keep generally stable.
Administration department, human resources department, financial department of the group, each department and workshop leader in Sewing machine company and carton factory were summarized annual work of 2012 by their respective departments, workshops, and they made the annual work plan of 2013.
Chairman Ye, vice manager of group and director of Taizhou Carton Factory Su Zhiyong made a comment separately of sewing machine company and each department manager of Taizhou Carton Factory.
Chairman Ye said, with the guidance of general consultant Zhang Hengliang, all aspects of work of Sewing Machine Company carried out everything in good order and well arranged. After many years of accumulation, there was a standardization overall framework. We are responsible to protect profit in the industry downturn depend on high-quality product. We have more confidence in the industry recovery radical blooming, to create greater efficiency.
President Su said, the summary speech of each leader in carton factory basically reflects the truth situation about our factory in 2012. We should insight into our department's weaknesses in new year, clear and definite the target of self learning, refine system implement and management measures. During the meeting, we talk about achievement, find shortcoming, enjoy the experience, make a plan, and express determination. The meeting of summary has a dense atmosphere and significant effect.
Finally, Chairman said, “everyone’s summary report is objective, but also has shortcomings. The summary meeting is more beneficial for us to performance evaluation, meanwhile find the gaps, and make out the later plan. With more passion, more clear target to bring greater development.”
